Have you ever felt frightened of something?

Maybe you're at home alone, and all of a sudden, you feel scared. You just watched a horror movie, and now your mind's starting to imagine things. You wonder if there's another person in the house besides you, suspecting that perhaps there's something, or someone hiding in the closet... waiting to come out...

...And you wish that there was something that could make you feel at ease.

I don't know if you've ever felt like that before, but if you did, I have something I'd like to tell you. You shouldn't worry too much, and don't be frightened, because you have Jesus to protect you. Tell yourself, "Jesus is my Saviour, and His blood prevails against all evil."
Know that you are never alone, and even if you feel frightened, trust in the Lord, and you will know that no evil can touch you.

Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in the Lord.
