WX: oh my i'm like, posting, after the longest time.
anyway, something i found on a friend's blog, which spoke to me:
It was before I paused to consider the nature of love. Love is invisible, yet so tangible. It has the same characteristics as God. Love cannot be seen, nor felt, nor heard. Our five senses fail to observe it. It can neither be fully measured, nor completely put into words. While many of us may doubt the existence of God, none of us can deny the existence of love. When Paul declared that God is love, he used the perfect description.
It saddens me the way people try to prove God through cold hard, archaeological evidences and try to test God through the things in life by saying if God is real, ah hah ____ wouldn’t happen, etc… because God is the most intangible thing in our lives because He is invisible but this love He so freely offers, is the truest and most real love one can ever experience. but when you reject God based on the need to hear and see, you close the door to healing and to His love as well.
